• Before mailing items back to us, Please be sure to make contact with us by sending an email with your name ,order number ,and reason for returning the item(s) in order to receive your  merchandise credit. Once your package is received & processed, Please allow up to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for our Returns Department to process your returned item(s).Once this process is complete, your merchandise credit will be issued via e-mail (only) to the e-mail address on file with us/used at the time of the purchase.
• EXQUISITE STYLE BOUTIQUE  reserves the right to refuse & or reject any merchandise deemed unworthy of merchandise credit. Including but not limited to excessive returns/potential fraudulent or criminal activity, as well as merchandise damaged by customer & or no longer in wearable or sellable condition. In any of the above instances, item(s) will be returned to customer and issuance of merchandise credit will be void.
• Please Note: We do not offer refunds, we also do not exchange or offer refunds on Sale/Flash sale item(s), One size seamless items & or items damaged at the hands of customers.(As all our items are inspected and shipped in pristine & Ready -to-wear  condition)

 EXQUISITE STYLE BOUTIQUE  will not accept nor assume liability, nor responsibility for lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen, incorrectly delivered shipments ,shipments that were not delivered & or shipments delivered to the incorrect address, including but not limited to shipping information being incorrectly entered. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier for packages that may have been lost in transit or that were not delivered. 

• Please allow up to 72 hours (excluding weekends & holidays) for all orders to be processed, Once processed all orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days
• PLEASE NOTE:WE DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

• If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, Please email Exquisite.StylesIsUs @yahoo.com so that we can correct your address. Once the package has shipped we Can Not change the address that was originally provided.

When will I receive my order?

•  Please allow 24-72 hours for processing time (Unless local pick-up option is available) Please allow 3-5 additional business days to receive items.

My package is lost or I believe it was stolen, What do I do?

• We recommend checking your tracking number located in your shipping confirmation e-mail to ensure that the package has been marked as delivered, also we would recommend double checking the shipping address on the e-mail provided to insure it is correct.

(All packages require a signature)
